And the crescendo of an abrupt, unexpected signature Sticky storm off.

In a turbulent, topsy-turvy world of pandemics and international warfare, it is nice to come home, watch the Raiders collapse and sit back and enjoy a sulky Sticky presser that plays all the hits. All thriller, no filler.

Im thinking the penny will finally drop with Canberra this season that Ricky is not the man to take them forward beyond this year. While I think Madge is a certainty to get the sack this season, Ricky I think is the second favourite to lose his gig. Gould may well give Barrett another year with Canterbury....he seems to be backing him in. Canterbury seems to be a bit of a new team as well so it kinda buys Barrett time. Ricky does not have that same excuse.

Ricky grew up with the current CEO. (who did sack his own brother, I'll grant- but ony after players were literally sitting on the roof drinking cruisers posting middle finger pictures on the day of the clubs 25th anniversary instead of going to the scheduled training session).

But Ricky is not going to be sacked by the Queanbeyan Mafia (of which he is one) in a year he can yelp about losing both his first choice hooker & new halfback signing in round 1 of the comp.

He can f**k right off … honestly a terrible coach … who bags a player for making a mistake saying he’s not nrl standard yet … but the you guys want X factor ? Who picks the team you ignorant merkin … you ? Or hoops and Kenty ?

I can't remember a season in which so many stinking f**king games happened early season. Another absolute bludger last night in Canberra. Such low quality.
