I'd just like to congratulate everyone on 100 pages of Sticky goodness. Keep on keeping on, people.

I really think it is weak to come out and use the lack of rep players as a reason for losing, the panthers don't have too many rep players yet they are going strong in the top4. Also a good coach will bring out the best in players and turn solid first graders (or even NSW cup players) into rep players. Stop looking for excuses and just look for the positives he has and create a club culture where the good players will want to stay and players from other clubs will want in on it.

Problem is Ricky thinks guys like Anthony tupou and Corey Norman are marquee players and they really aren't worth the massive overs he pays them.

He really is amassing quite a coaching record isn't he? I imagine he is a big believer in stats too... Except for his own.

A good example of hearing what you want to hear.

There was no hint at an intent to be disloyal. He wants his youngsters surrounded by a few experienced, high profile players. Hardly ground breaking, considering how poor their roster is.

His players arn't getting better under him, there getting worse, his winging about not having senior players around his playing group but his effectively spelt the end for Brett White and Terry Campese who both have played origin, the guys a complete goose who can't get the best out of any player because his negative negative negative.

Only Ricky Stuart could chase one of the games best young talents away (Milford) despite offering a million a season for him. People don't knock that money back unless they have a good reason.
Roster-wise, Canberra had enough talent to give that game a crack yesterday. As most people said earlier, every player has gone backwards (even Croker who started really well).

This guy is the worst man manager/motivator in the history of our game, and probably anyone else's game.

Basically decrying that his players are crap, are unable to become not crap through hard work and specialised coaching, and need non-crap players to magically turn up to make the side decent. That'll get the job done Sticky.

The side Ivan Cleary inherited at Penrith is possibly not worse, but fairly equal to what Sticky is working with.

I cannot think of one player in that side who has got better, or even not got worse.

This guy can't last past mid next-year.
