He goes alright. Valentine is a dumb name though.
Andrew Johns is a dumb name
Nathan Brown is a dumb name ( both of them )
Dave Taylor is a dumb name
John Morris is a dumb name
Craig Smith is a dumb name
Mozza91 is a dumb name

Valentine Holmes is an absolutely fabulous name.
It is all glamour.
A stars name.

i rate him pretty high because he is a Sharks player and i'm also biased.

I rate him exceptional, the best after Sea ya Later.
I'm never biased ,I'm
just a good looking ,incredibly talented Shark's supporter ,whose balanced considered views are never questioned and always on the money ball.
A sort of southern Sydney version of Gus Gould. My decision is final.

Yeah a "stars" name.... in Hollywood. On the football field? Not really.

In terms of individual play and creating opportunities for himself, he is probably the best back in the game. He still has quite a bit to learn in regards to creating plays and opportunities for his team. I still rate 2006 Barba over present day Holmes in regards to overall contribution to a team.

In 2006 Barba was still a bubba.

If the Sharks somehow win the GF his mission on Earth is complete and he can return to his planet of origin.

Also interesting, Holmes has a higher try scoring rate than Hayne's entire time with Parramatta (you know when he was so good apparently).

It's one of Hayne's many dreams to be even near the level of talent that Holmes is.
