I'm sure pre-season training does more for their fitness than however many games they played in the last 18 months. It was only his second real game in 18months of course he was going to fatigue.

Just relies on his memory, does he?I will give my run down but first I will give my DADS each week. He is almost 80 and has been following the eels hiw whole life.
- Basicaly he knows footy more then most on here due to experience following the game. He doesn't do stats.
He was fatigued from working so hard. He made the same number of tackles as f**ken Paulo, in half an hour less game time. He was gassed from covering Greig and Paulo in defence. We talking about Murchie? Who was a huge liability walking back in defence when the opposition runs past him...
No it supported my point. The statistics didn't support the claim that Murchie was lazy or unfit. Or that he's not a good defender.Wasn't his point that your statistical data didn't support the observation you were trying to make?
He is 24 this year.Grieg can be an NRL player. Needs time.
So he should've been replaced Earlier. There was a dude who isn't a bad defender who didnt do anything. Coach needs to play eyes up footyHe was fatigued from working so hard. They based the movie Rain Man on him.Just relies on his memory, does he?
Someone said hopgood was the only new recruit that had the right fitness level and it showed. So people think Emu should have come back on late when the game was on the line? Who ya gonna take off RCG or Paulo? Dont you want your best players out there?
Murchie looks larger than i recalled from the past few times i saw him. I thought he was less bulky. ... he was definitely gassed ... i think he got a spray from the trainer or someone when he got replaced. Was walking off the field and got told to f**kin run off lol
Doorey was good early but seemed to tire.
Hopgood was struggling late ... the game winning try may have at least partly been cos he was knackered. But everyone looked knackered.
Agree murchie got too many minutes and maybe maka could have had some of them in the middle. But did murchie end up on an edge? Maka cant play edge.
We had about 15 mins where we lost Will and Lume and had forwards playing both centres.
Maka had his best game against Melbourne last year when he took on Nelson.Someone said hopgood was the only new recruit that had the right fitness level and it showed.
I still think ba did wrong without a 14 who's a hooker and the non use of Makatoa. Makatoa is good defensively and average in attack but he does have a big motor. He shouldve been on for Murchies second stint

Do we train with the same intensity as in a game?? I doubt it, I know the Storm and Roosters do but us???? I reckon it’s more likely that Bea grows his hair back.I'm sure pre-season training does more for their fitness than however many games they played in the last 18 months.
Qantas!! Qantas never crashed. They based the movie Rain Man on him.
