Pick our best available in 2016 and try make the 8 ... regardless of who is going next year.

This Competitions standard is so bad that we can still make the 8.

Fact is that the only team we've beaten who is currently in the 8 was a depleted Broncos.

Looking @ our draw where we must win 6/10 & taking into account our long term defensive & kicking problems it's inconceivable that we will play finals footy. The improvement would need to b gargantuan !

He was always seen as a kid with potential, but fell in the "Cannot keep them all Basket". Most of our backs are young yet established, so I think he went for opportunity, something he got. I do not dislike the Tigers, but the current setup is probably not that attractive to a young bloke with no tigers background (as opposed to say Luke Brooks)

Melbourne and Bellamy have a great record with young outside backs, you can see why the kid would find that appealing and with Korabete(sp?) going there is a spot available.

His attack need f**k all work, comes natural, but his defense like all young backs needs work, and that is what Bellamy does best.

When the WT play the Storm in 2 weeks time hopefully the weather is so bitter down there that JAC with the help of a bit of ribbing from his team mates starts having second thoughts about the move.

I believe it's too late for that - it's a 10 day cooling off period now instead of June 30 from what I know.

It's a done deal.

Its very f**king character building sometimes in winter. Especially when that icy gale picks up.

Storm offered dollars and we offered cents , we ticked the box "we tried "

The stupid thing is this kid would refund his money in sponsors, members and young kids attracted to the club by his exciting play and attitude ... massive f**k up once again.

Yep. It is basically the same situation as Koro. I think JAC may even end up a better player.

I usually look at the NSW Cup team earlier in the week, I just saw that JAC is playing this weekend.
1 WATSON HELETA
2 JUSTIN HUNT
3 RYLAND JACOBS
4 MICHAEL CHEE KAM
5 JOSH ADDO-CARR
6 JACK LITTLEJOHN (C)
7 THOMAS BARTLEY
8 JJ FELISE
9 MANAIA CHERRINGTON
10 JORDAN GRANT
11 ESAN MARSTERS
12 TYLER CASSEL
13 JOEL EDWARDS
14 JACOB LIDDLE
15 WESLEY LOLO
16 DALLAS GRAHAM
17 JACKSON WILLIAMS
18 MATTHEW EISENHUTH

Because Rankin is out?
Because he needs some game time working on his shortcomings?
Because JT thinks it's time to move on with the JAC experiment?
Because he simply put his hand up on his free weekend?

When theres a bye for the NRL side but not NSW cup, NSW cup can snare any NRL player outside the top 25 who played in the last NRL game.

Report from last weekends state cup game against North Sydney .

In the 73rd minute, however, Addo-Carr again impressed to score completely against the run of play. Taking a bomb on his own 20-metre line, the speedster broke one tackle and bamboozled the defence step and dance his way to the tryline basically untouched; while he progressed 80 metres downfield in the effort, he would have run at least 100 and still had the pace to finish off a fantastic effort.

His speed may have come in handy against whichever Storm winger he may have played opposite but no, those Storm wingers will have to out run Rankin now.
