Didn’t he say that if he was asked to have his pay cut he would refuse to play.
I never could understand why we signed him in the first place, Father Time is chasing him down. I hope he retires rather then being dumped.
In 2019 I watched him play long minutes and in some games he looked stuffed when he came off.
No denying his heart but at times McIdiot flogged him like a dead horse by not taking him off.
I hope not but with all the knocks he has had is going to bite him as he gets older.

He was just another finger in the dyke signing as are Norman & Hunt.
Instead of repairing the gaping holes in our roster we just spac filled them and let the foundations keep crumbling around us.
We seem to have a belief that misfiring players, troublesome players and pst their use by date players will all come good by being under the umbrella of the big red v and that just simply hasn't happened.
They continue to misfire, be troublesome and get even older and slower and for some unknown reason people within our system and fan base think that it will be different.

To me he doesn't bust the line he can't intimidate anyone just not huge enough. We need a few more big bodies with six-packs and can play footy. They are called forwards but we want some brains not just knuckleheads. Interview them like do you know the ABC, Do you understand Covid-19, Do you know you should go the bed early and Do you know to keep your dick in your pants when on the piss (which you shouldn't anyway being a NRL player).

Well, we know that Millward was Graham's first coach as an 18yo at St Helens so their personal relationship would have been a key factor in Graham signing- however, in my mind at the time (2018), there was the nagging feeling that if he had anything of significance left, the Bulldogs would have re-signed him. He'd had a big influence on troubled players like Josh Reynolds and was leader of their pack.
We made a bad mistake in including the option of the third year in his favour- and reportedly still on big money.

Can't wait for cabin fever to end.

Used to be Prior / Marketo / Widdop / etc..

2020... Now it's Grahams time. Yeah he's past his best, and his comments re Mary don't sit well with us. But the guy has played at the highest level, 400 games and counting, and somehow he is now our battering ram.

When players play on past their used by date, you can expect fans to give it to them and for good reason. Add to the list Cooper, Hornby, Nightingale ..... The whole idea of signing players is to strengthen our squad and the top 17. In my ipinion there is no place in the game for loyalty in this area. We should be signing the best in an effort to win and asting off those who are not good enough for first grade.

Hornby..Cooper?...you are kidding right?..they retired at the right time
Graham and Creagh for me went one year or contract to long.
Still got the vision of Ben Barba picking Creagh up and dumping him on the try line when he just had to barge him and show a bit more mongrel to get him out the way to score...just as embarassing as the Hodges / Thaiday incident.

My point was not whether or not Graham is past his best. I actually said he was, but he's a damn lot better in heart and passion than many first graders we have.

His playing record for the Dogs / in the UK/ County and us says it all. He is a warrior playing at the end of his career.

People seem upset that he hasn't dug the knife into the coach " whilst under contract ". Show me ONE example of a player that has. Just one.

Agree, give him a coaching assistant job at the club next year.

I had a lot of respect for Graham. But the way he has been behaving lately i want him gone. Selfish.
We have money under the cap if we let Graham, Lafai, Aitkin, Dufty go.
Also it looks like Frizzel is going as we still have our crap coach.
The problem is no one will come to the dragons

I would keep Dufty and play Lomax in the centres.

I have no issue with Dufty either as long as he has zero attitude and puts the team first. He has his issues yes but geez I get a semi watching him scoot 90 meters to score tries. We haven’t had that since B Moz and it’s great to watch like his try in the Anzac Day game in 2019, that was superb!! One of the best individual tries in the red V that I have seen in a long time

I used Matt Prior as an example of how certain players become targets by us fans, for a reason.
Any one who has been a long term member here recalls the constant bashing of Prior, week in week out. It was ruthless.

Easy target, yet ended up being a 2 time premiership winner.
Once we take aim at a player, we don't relent.

Graham for all his media comments, that are to be expected whilst he is on our roster, is also the guy who told the Dogs he would take a $100,000 paycut to keep Josh Reynolds. What he really thinks of Mary and co, will come out when he leaves the Club.

We signed him for 2 reasons. One, the aggression he brings to our pack, and 2 a mentorship role for up and coming forwards.

I wonder how many here recall Willie Mason being miked up and mocking the Saints pack a few years ago. It was embarrassing. Some laughed. Our pack was speechless. Do you think Graham would have smiled or given some stick back ?

Mason the prick wouldn’t have had the balls to say that if Jimmy was in the red V that day

Actually Brett Morris was captain that day.

Ben Creagh is a premiership winning club legend.

You can apologise to him in person, if you’re man enough.
