Well I'm not sure any of them played rep in 2013, maybe McManus and I think Smith might have?... but I would say that Gidley was consistently a dubious campaigner at rep level. McManus was lucky to play more than a game or 2 due to NSW injury woes and has been on a gradual decline for years, Costigan extremely dubious outside of his run in 2010 with the Dragons. Snowden a very dubious rep candidate, too.

But yes, my wording wasn't entirely accurate. Kudos to you for nitpicking it. Obviously my point (and I thought your point) was that a lot of players get reps that either don't deserve it, repped 10 years ago and it's no longer relevant or even just that not all rep players are built equally. One wouldn't try to compare JT to Jamie Buhrer, for example. "Rep player" is a near-meaningless term when talking about player quality in this day and age without proper context.

I believe he dislocated his shoulder, twice, in that game. And still played on.

I think Oates is probably more at fault on that last player than anything, came in when he didn't need to, then fell over when backpeddling lol.

As a Knights fan, I'm pretty sure Reed is the second coming of Reg Gasnier. The bloke absolutely carves us up deluxe every damn time. I think he's scored 80% of his career tries against us.
