He's a bloke that can score and create opportunities from nothing. Considering Pearce does nothing, the 5/8 would benefit from Lyon.

They're obsessed with the flashy players when this bloke is flat out one of the best players of the last 20 years.

He is BRILLIANT.

And yet he doesn't get talked up like GI, Slater, Barba (last year) etc.

I don't think he's underrated he gets plenty of recognition
I don't entirely understand his decision to step down from rep footy so early but he's been a beast for Manly for years and I'm sure they're not complaining

Great article.

It sums up his value and brilliance.

He is without question up there with the likes of GI and Slater as far as backline players go. Right beside them.

A great player and one of the few I fear as a Roosters fan.
