That game was not decided by that missed kick, but by Jared Maxwell incorrectly penalising Tom Learoyd-Lahrs for holding down in front of the posts despite the fact he was attempting to stand up and was being held in by the Tigers ball carrier.

Croker holds no responsibility for that day.
just watched that penalty again now
that was a sin binning it was that slow , not just a penalty

Croker had the chance to level the match at 26all & muffed it
he choked.
But was a kid .. 19 so
forgivable

Do canberra fans really want another game going to the 80th min.

How much more stress can they cope with.

Ahh you think the 80th minute our enemy?
Most fan bases merely adopt the 80th minute. We were born in it. Molded by it. Most of us didn't see the Raiders have a game won before the 70th minute until we were already men, by then it was nothing to us but blinding!

All jokes aside, I’m happy for him. 300 games in the modern NRL era is a great achievement. Yes, other plods have done it but the BYC is a class act.

Well.... Croker won't be destroying any record books with regards to State of Origin or Australian representation.

Nothing but a poor man's Morgan Harper.

John Sutton, Aiden Tolman, Mitchell Aubusson & John Morris are the only other players to play 300 FG games without a rep jumper.

I think Morris is the only one to not win a comp either.

Sutton, Tolman & Aubusson won premierships at least.

Credit it where its due but Croker reaching 300 games at the club and the hoo har around it shows some of the problems at the club.

All week we've heard how loyal he has been by staying at the club. Probably because he was offered a ridiculously overpriced contract. That's not loyalty, that's knowing you're on a good thing.

It also got us stuck with him when his form plummeted from able first grader to fringe.

Anyway, a good player for us, not a legend, I really hope this is his last season.

I doubt that the celebrations had much to do with the result and 300 games is a notable achievement and worth celebrating. But yeah, he was outplayed by his opposite, a debutant.

CNK made him look a bit foolish there , old & slow, there was plenty of plod

But , clubs need occasions & we turned this game into one. The Warriors just reminded everyone we're actually not that good & dacked us in front of our own people.

Alarming how easily the Warriors destroyed Canberra’s middle.

Smart coach that Webster bloke. Knew exactly who to target.

Nice blue print for other not so smart coaches to follow.

Well he had a chance to be crowned the king of Canberra last night but failed with his goal kick to win the game , hopefully over the next few years he maintains a constant improvement attitude
