Just read a bit of detail about the case involving another ex 49ers player that paid $100k to settle a civil rape case that happened to start off in the same pub.
Basically in that case they had sex, the girl stayed with him at his house the next day...then she claims rape.
Only look it up and read it if you want to become more cynical about these things.

So it would seem the 49ers is some sort of sexual cult.
Perhaps they should change their name to the 69ers??

And how many men have been falsely accused of rape? There'd be millions.

False accusations of rape lie between 2% to 10% of allegations made depending on the Country
2% Denmark, up to 10% Canada
(Western Countries are documented)

Since records started in the US in 1989 there have been 52 cases where a man was accused of rape and later exonerated

During that time 790 people were exonerated for murder

In the UK the British Police ran a task force looking into false rape accusations
Over a period of time they discovered 216 claims which were classified as false
Out of those 216, only 126 had gotten to a stage where the accuser had made a formal complaint
Only 39 had named a suspect
Only 6 had led to an arrest
Only 2 had led to charges being laid before they were deemed false

So in most cases where false rape charges were laid, the vast majority were dropped before the man even knew about it

In most cases false rape claims are made by teenage girls who are impregnated and make the claims so they don't get in trouble with their parents

OUT OF EVERY 1,000 ACTUAL RAPES COMMITTED IN THE US

310 are reported to Police
57 lead to arrest
11 get referred to prosecutors
7 lead to a conviction
6 lead to prison time

If you think the problem here are women falsely accusing men of rape, give yourself a f**king uppercut and stop spreading lies based on nothing but your hatred of women

It’s comments like this that contribute nothing to the discussion, and take it back in reality. I’ve read at least five of them in this thread

The reality is that a reasonable percentage of guys have got away with being assholes towards women for thousands of years. This ranges from an inappropriate touch, to vulgar language right through to rape. In most cases men have used their dominant position (mostly through a position of actual power or physical presence) to do this

There is only one question to ask yourself - is that fair?

If you don’t think it is, I hope you accept that society needs to change somewhat to eradicate some of the behaviours that lead to what I mentioned above

Trivialising it via comments such as ‘oh if I tap a woman on the shoulder it’s rape’ is totally unhelpful. It reinforces old stereotypes and paints the male as a victim through their so called ‘rights’ and ‘liberties’ being stripped away.

I’m close to women that have lived through versions of the above and I can honestly say that I didn’t ‘get it’ until I understood what they had been through

I hope you guys who maybe haven’t had the opportunity to consider the world from this perspective take a moment to think about it

Chief Constable Sue Fish of the Nottingham Shire Police.

Known as "Fishy" to her lap licking colleagues.

Really? You quoted an article from the Washington Examiner
Couldn't you find one from www.wehatewomenandblacks.com?

http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-nottinghamshire-36775398

Read up what the BBC has to say on the matter
You can't be arrested for talking to a woman, even if your pick up lines are cheesy or you're ugly - only for harassment or abuse.

There were already laws against harassment or the abuse of women, all Nottinghamshire has done is upgrade the seriousness of the offence due to a spike in incidents

Oh yes, I'd pointed that out
Like most people who quote rape statistics you don't cite your source, and your figures appear to be a little off.

Consequences of false accusations of rape in the UK

Over a five-year period ending in 2014, a total of 109 women were prosecuted for crimes related to making false accusations of rape.[30] The report did not indicate the verdicts following prosecution. Another report identified 121 charging decisions involving allegations of false accusations of rape and an additional 11 false allegations of both domestic violence and rape between January 2011 and May 2012 and found of these cases, 35 were prosecuted based upon false accusations of rape. A further 3 were prosecuted based upon charges of false accusations of both rape and domestic abuse. The report did not indicate the verdicts following prosecution.[31]

See reference section for sources.

Do you want to trawl the MRA sites to find the other case to help back up f**kwits claim that millions of men get falsely accused?
I don't need to do that because the hole in your argument is immediately obvious. Not all claims of rape are reported to police. In fact, as your own statistics demonstrate, the vast majority of rape allegations are unreported - to police. Meaning the vast majority of these rape allegations are not investigated - by police. Your qualifier for a false rape accusation is one that has been investigated by police who have then decided it is in the public interest to lay charges for that false accusation (which isn't always the case even when a provably false accusation has been made). On the other hand you treat all unreported allegations - again, the vast majority - as "ACTUAL RAPES".

Who decided they were, in fact, ACTUAL RAPES, eh? RAINN?

That's a lie based on your own link:

"It means abuse or harassment which might not be a crime can be reported to and investigated by the police, and support for the victim put in place."

I was also kicked off www.wehatewomenandblacks.com for being too racist and sexist.

The force defines misandry hate crime as: "Incidents against men that are motivated by an attitude of a woman towards a man and includes behaviour targeted towards a man by women simply because they are a man."

I won't be holding my breath for this law to come into effect. So much for equality!
