Electronic music is garbage. There is no talent involved.

That is not true......Any music requires talent. People can sit and say a band where people have learned an instrument is real talent, but for me any music that creates a feeling or emotion -It could happy - fun- sad-energetic or pure rage is talent.
A lot of electronic music makes people want to dance and have creates energy. To me thats talent.

The Yardbirds? They were blues.

The term punk wasn't really used until the Ramones or the Saints came along. But if we are playing "pick the 60s band that pioneered a sound that would later be used by punk bands" then I think that mantle would go to The Sonics.

Sorry - I meant The Buzzcocks. I don't know why I typed Yardbirds...

But I concede. I was always under the impression punk came first. My music teacher in school even put it that way.

But you make sense.

Anyway - I reckon Paco De Lucia is one of the all-time greats. Brilliant flamenco player imo.

Can't say I've heard much of Paco's work.

Both great bands who no doubt influenced punk (as much as Iggy would want to disagree). However, the Sonics were doing the grimy garage rock thing earlier than both of them.

They are awesome. Thanks for the tip. The drummer is a standout.

I think Fanbase is confused.

Someone is coming in his back but it's not Jarryd

It might end up on the news though
