I never said that cheating was OK and I am not sure what the commentary about being "as good a person as me" is about.
Just made the fairly obvious point that Storm dudded everyone that year, not just Parramatta. Not sure how that is even in dispute.
You see I don't give a shit about the other teams, we made the gf off the back of one of the best runs in history beating all the heavy weights to get there. I care about the game I was at, watching my team lose to a team who I feel get a leg up most of the time they are on the field and we lost.
The next year we find out that team who already get advantages on the field were cheating and we lost the gf to them.
I'm still pissed off! I hate them, I want nothing more than that cheating scum to be bottom of the table for the rest of their existence.
You obviously are a much better person than me and much more rational and clear thinking. Good luck to you. I will never forgive or forget being robbed on that day, ever!
I know other teams were affected, I'm not an idiot, I just don't care. I focus on that one game because that is my reference point as a fan!
My real point though I relation to Jarryd was that I don't blame him if he is disillusioned with the game and him saying he achieved everything in the game he wanted. He may really feel that way and I know for a fact he dislikes the Storm and holds I'll feeling towards them for that game and what they potentially stole from him by having an unfair advantage!
