yes. during combines. draft happens about a month after that so you'd think if he isn't picked up to a practice squad at least by then he will either come home or try something else.

If there was no chance of Hayne returning Hopoate would have been re-signed by now. In addition Seward is still talking to the NRL about them using their war chest should he return. Why even talk about that if there was not chance of it happening?
