However...a rookie head coach learning is different from an experienced head coach learning

Might take Ryles couple of years to find his feet in the role tbh, we probably need to be patient and see him out till mid 3rd year of his term at least.

Dylan Brown is another player that should be under the pump. Screwed us over last season and while playing decent footy is he playing to his paycheck. I reckon he is playing to a 700-800k standard right now which is fine. But ain't we paying him a million bucks a year.

That's 300k we are behind already in value we are getting off the players.
