Simmonson for all his faults is definitely hard working and given he played most of his last game with a f**ked ACL, he would nearly fit into the hard assed category as well.

Simonsson has his faults, but what I do see from him is he puts in 100% and tries his arse off.
He was actually becoming a lot more effective before he got injured as well.

A hard worker would make a lot of tackles at a decent efficiency as well as making a lot of runs. This year he played 10 games and made 47 tackles (total!!) at a shitty 78% tackle efficiency. He averaged 121m which is ok. This, plus his stupidity is not really the kind of player you want when the ‘shit hits the fan’ and ‘you can’t win without’ . Has a winning percentage of 49%.
