Nah but he's a passive pest. I posted an early 80s Brisbane rep jersey on Instagram a year ago and he was after it and was trying to low ball me with offers and being very persistent.

He does get amazing jerseys from players but then just seems to put them up for sale at vast amounts of money.
OK. The bloke I mentioned bought a couple of "match worn" Ray Price Eels jerseys. They were obviously retros made to look match worn. Even had incorrect number fonts on the back. He didn't like my opinion which was backed by others. Reckoned that a photo of Ray holding them after signing them was proof. Called me everything under the sun and barred me from the Facebook page.

Last year Souths wore a beautiful alternate jersey based on the reverse colourway of our wartime jersey.

here is one of the original 1975 pre season jerseys:

Interesting to note these jerseys were made by Westmont and not Classic which the first grade team wore during the season.

It was worn in this match as well as another pre season game against the bulldogs on the central coast.

When i originally sent photos of the design to the club we believed it was from the 60s, which unfortunately the club ran with before we were able to correct the information.

at first glance all the badging looks right but theres some issues with it.
Number font looks off, sleeve numbering font and size. and heres the kicker.
here are some neck tags from my original 80s jerseys.

Finally here is a neck tag from a 1993 Classic jersey

i believe Classic changed their neck tags around 1991 to the vertical style in the last photo.

so the only thing i can think of is that the Jets jersey is a 90s early retro release?

Not bad. Better than the V style that Tonga had last year, but I still rate their 2017 World Cup jersey as the best
