Why haven't they been pushing the membership campaign like they did in previous years?

1) it will be released at the NRL launch
2) there has been more NRL membership ads on TV than ever before

Etta James - classic blues lady with a great voice from the BB King/Muddy Waters era. I bet she would much rather that a talent like Stevie Ray Vaughan or even Mauboy covered it than some moaning genius with no musical ability whatsoever. Then again, he never covered it - he sampled it. And no doubt mumbled some whinging crap over the top of it.

I like it, Jessica Mauboy is a great choice.

Too modern, too old, not enough metal, too much singing, too much metal, too Australian, not Australian enough, too catchy, won't appeal to old fans and will attract too many young people, too much footage of spectacular skills and way too little footage of the players. And the girl was wearing leather pants.

Typically the roosters feature for all of about 0.2 seconds (showing Pearce throwing the ball in the air). Pretty poor considering we were involved in 3 x last second wins last year. I would have though Mini's, Reynolds's, and Creagh's tries would all have been in it.
