Cabramatta gave Bulls a Thrashing lastnight 48 - 6.

First half, Cabra led 8 - 6. First 10x - 15x minutes of the game Cabra's centres went down David Moore and Francis Betham were carried out with serious injuries. Sadly for Betham who I have never seen go down seriously in the years he's played straight metrocup/jimbeam since 2001. No news yet on these 2x injuries. Francis went down on a dirty cheap high tackle from his opponent.

Sydney Bulls played a disgraceful game, their forwards really lost the Bulls their stance in the game lacking discipline, crazy high tackles and wanting to fight with the Cabra forwards more than playing the game. Then it was the battle of who could smash who best in the tackle. Even though the score line was high, there was certainly alot of entertainment and the Cabra boys just kept giving it back to them.

It was a good win for Cabra esp as they played on Sunday and Bulls refused to cancel the Weds night match.

Cabra faces Mounties on Sunday.

anybody have a list of who scored for this match

Chester Hill were all over Belrose and lost on the bell thanks to some dodgy ref calls they are making an official complaint even the Belrose coach approached the rhinos coach and said they were the better team but were let down by some bad calls, on a positive note another double for john berkley and some awesome defence from the rhinos part of two strong performances against two strong sides without getting the two points

Cabramatta 30 (D Thompson 2, A Burns, G Britcher, N Emms, S Aiga, A Tippett 3 goals) beat The Entrance 26 (B Blaker 2, A Moore, R Wheele, V Hemmings, G Westwood 3 goals)

Comp leaders The Entrance visted Cabra in fromt of a good crowd tonight. Both sides scored some well crafted tries but the Tigers fell down by conceding acouple of soft scores. The Tigers scored first when Alex Moore's brought up his 26th try of the season from a good run around movement after Hutchinson hit it up strongly. Cabra evened and then the Tigers scored again the corner before back to back tries for the hosts just before half time meant a 14-10 scoreline to Cabra at the break.

A soft try to Thompson 5 minutes in the second half looked to set up a comfortable win for Cabra but on the back of a strong penalty count, The Entrance launched waves of counter attack to score 3 tries to lead 26-20. The balance of the game morphed again when Tippett accelerated through a gaping hole next to the ruck to put emms under the posts. Even again. Tippett then engineered a try a movement down the short side to see Aiga cross in the corner. Tippett's conversion bounced off the posts for a second time.

The last 10 minutes presented several opportunities for the Tigers to reverse the result but promising efforts broke down at the last hudle more than once.

This result means that these two sides are now locked on 32 points but whereas The Entrance face 2 top 5 sides in the final games, Cabra play against 2 of the bottom teams.

Wenty kept their feint hopes alive for another week with a 30-18 win over Windsor at Windsor tonight. The pivotal point in the game occurred with Windsor trailing by 6 with 10 to go and Drew Dalton put up a towering bomb. Daniel Bell took the ball a few metres from his goal line, ran across field to link with Micallef, who ran 80 metres to score under the posts.

Other results were: Mounties 36 beat Belrose 26, Erina 39 beat Chester Hill 38, Sydney Bulls 48 beat Shellharbour 30.

The table is: The Entrance 30, Cabramatta 30, Bulls 29, Windsor 28, Belrose 26, Wenty 25, Mounties 20, Erina 14, Chester Hill 10, Asquith 8, Shellharbour 8, Seven Hills 6.

The win by Mounties yesterday means that the game between Belrose and Wenty next week is a virtual playoff for the final spot. Wenty lost by 4 in their first encounter and have since had 9 wins and a draw and have the second best attacking record and the best defensive stats in the comp. They appear to be only potential alternative to an Entrance vs Cabra Grand Final.

Round 21

Friday
Shellharbour vs Seven Hills at Ron Costello Oval 7.30pm

Saturday
Asquith vs Cabramatta at Storey Park 3pm
Windsor vs The Entrance at Windsor 7pm

Sunday
Erina vs Mounties at Erina 2.45pm
Bulls vs Chester Hill at Crest Stadium 3pm
Belrose vs Wenty at Lionel Watts Reserve 3pm

Belrose may be in big trouble for their sudden death game against Wenty. 4 of their starting backs - James Mortimer, Tim Mortimer, Tom Joseph and Todd Barrow have been named in the Manly team to play North Sydney in Premier League on saturday night. So the Eagles have the choice of having 4 back up after a hard game the night before in bring in 4 men from the 10 named on bench.

At the other end of the table Seven Hills have the chance to offload the wooden spoon after appearing to have a mortgage on it all season. They are 2 points behind both Asquith and Shellharbour but have a clear margin on F/A. If they can survive the road trip this afternoon and win they will likely finish in 10th spot.

Fellow cellar dwellers, Asquith added Shane Eastwood to their playing list earlier this season. Brother of Greg, Eastwood was on the Bronco's staff for a number of seasons after representing Queensland Schoolboys for 3 years. He joins Mark Meredith, another recritment from the Queensland Cup, in the Asquith pack.

pfft dont worry bout the demons offloading the spoon, lost to shellharbour tonight 32-24.
had a terrible start, were just flat and found themselves down 22-6 at halftime.second half was big improvement at 32-24 and about 10 mins remaining demons had one try disalowed(dodgy F*#king ref, touchies said try he overuled em), held up one and dropped one over the line. plenty of opportunties to take the game but in demons fashion found a way to lose

Other results were: Bulls 24 beat Chester Hill 10, Cabramatta 44 beat Asquith 16, Wenty 16 beat Belrose 4, Erina 25 beat Mounties 22.

The table is: Cabra 34, The Entrance 32, Bulls 31, Windsor 30, Wenty 27, Belrose 26, Mounties 20, Erina 16, Chester Hill 10, Shellharbour 10, Asquith 8, Seven Hills 6.

These results mean that Wenty has entered the top 5 for the first time this season and Belrose, after leading the comp for about 8 weeks, drop out for the first time. The position can only be reversed if Wenty loses the final game to Erina and Belrose inflict a third consecutive defeat on The Entrance. Windsor need to the Bulls to draw or lose to Seven Hills if the Wolves are to get a top 3 finish. Cabra would have to lose to Shellharbour to miss out on the minor premiership
