Thanks for the link PP.Joel Reddy to walk, Chris Sandow to reject offer
I was the first one to vote on that poll too.
I voted yes.
exactly, interesting to see reactions on here and comparing the comments to souths and Sandow. If the quote is true then it seems Parra just don't want him.
It seems as though some players or not coping with a much needed culture change. SK will not take shit from people and demands everyone's best. That's good enough for me.
The way he played on Sunday, I've never seen him that bad.
Thanks for the link PP.
So it's just about Reddy getting a bit anxious because his future beyond this year is still up in the air, while other clubs are coming at him already?
Seems we are reluctant - with Sandow and Reddy - to actually get to the "things in writing" stage? It seems to effect getting people to want to come to Parra, as well as getting players who want to stay locked in.
Kearney's quoted as the one with the plans re recruitment, but what is the work split with the CEO about actually drawing up contracts? Where is the recruitment and retention (which Kearney highlights) going wrong?
Was interested in Avenger's post in another thread implying Osborne might be lucky to see out the month - is there something going wrong in the office?
So, our current right centre, Joel Reddy, we dont feel is good enough and were not offering him a contract. We were offered the current City Orgin right centre, Beau Champion, at the end of last year and we pass on him too. Who exactly does Kearney intend to sign to play right centre if Joel Reddy and Beau Champion arent good enough? Gasnier? Hodges?? Lyon even???
We have no speed in our backs and that includes Reddy. He's a toiler at best. He's a centre that you would say has good defence but when that fails he has nothing. He hasn't improved since playing well 2 years ago. perhaps a change could be good for both parties
Am I the only one who read the headline and assumed he would walk mid contract, only to read the article and realise he just might be signing elsewhere for next year?
I still think it's ridiculous we haven't offered him a new deal and hate the prospect of him playing for another club.
This has nothing to do with a culture change.
Reddy isn't the type to give up.
If he leaves massive questions have to be asked of our coach & CEO.
Kearney waxed lyrical about juniors playing for other clubs. Seems like Phil slothfield is even turning a little on kearney. Let's be honest. Everyone our super coach has wanted has turned there back on him even though we have offered overs to sign them.
Alarm bells should be ringing about now
Mate, Billy Rogers
Not a bad assessment. How do you think young Morgan will go as his replacement with Uasele next to him??
