Join Date

Guys - whilst Im not a prolific poster, I've always had some pride about my join date of Aug 2003 which was only a few months after the site started up, and when the numbers of members were still in the low hundreds...

Ive noted recently that a "post whore" seems to have changed their Join date to move it forward to June 2003 when I believe the site first started up...

I ask the question - is nothing sacred??

This forum first started up on the 19th May 2003. But it wasn't the first LU forum. LU website is older (2002), the forerunner is LWOS (2001).

I started at OzLeague in 99 but it was dominated with the bring-back-souths brigade and then I found the official Sharks forum. It was shut down due to legal threats along with the Newcastle forum', they were not run well, and a lot of us joined WORL. After about 2 years they went into a panic about legal threats and was seriously affected with what you could post, I think it may also have been shutdown a while, and thats when I joined here in 2003.
