and this "accidental" crap needs to get thrown out, do you think Jordan Mclean dumped McKinnon on his neck with intention of putting him in a wheelchair?

McLean would have only got 2 weeks if Bellamy or Smith just came out and said it's not his go. Saying that instantly wipes 5 weeks off any suspension.

there's no doubt Sam got kicked in the face, not by the leading foot but the other foot

obviously his face wouldn't of worn the majority of the blow but I invite you to cop a football shoe to the face and not go down

Anyone who calls it a football shoe, obviously has little to no idea.
Ever played the game, champ?

so you're telling me because his hand might have feathered Barba before Reynolds reacted with a careless kick ending in a trip that you can defend that?

f**k me, I need you as my lawyer

Try not to get too emotional, his arm was as outstretched as far as his leg was. I'm not condoning it at all, but if you have a hand/arm on the player, attempting a tackle you can use your feet to bring them to the ground. ala Langer, J Smith.

Pretty sure you need to have both hands on the player before you can use your feet. Besides, he was clearly deliberately leading with his foot. I can't see him getting away with it. Still, stranger things have happened.

What is the legal definition of a "trip" per the rules? One hand or two?

As I said earlier, if his hand does feather him before his foot hits him, the MRC should charge him with kicking instead. A grade 3 kicking charge still carries a 400 point base penalty

Jeremy Smith does it whilst engaging in the ruck, I think we can agree that the situation here and the typical Jeremy Smith trip are significantly different

If you think that was an attempt at a Cumberland throw (google it if you have to) nah. He made zero attempt to use his arms. If they happened to brush Barba, pure coincidence. Was well beaten, chucked a leg out. Grub.

It's either a dive or Reynolds is as strong as Superman but with pillows for feet.

or you have no f**king idea and just hate the guy and it's clouding your judgement.

Interesting how players are divers until it's one of their players with a lot of people on this site.

No idea why you think I have any opinion on Thaiday.

He took a shot at getting a penalty.

Brisbane fans are spoiled brats and sooks. Always have been. They were gifted a slot in the NSWRL and have done nothing but whinge since they got here.

There's got to be a point where the judiciary needs to stop being lenient to allow players to come back to the game quicker, that fkn grub needs a long seat on the sideline. I can almost guarantee that if the same 3 incidents had him on the receiving end then he would be up in the refs face pushing for the offender to be sent.

I don't believe he should or will either. If i was the defence, that's how I'd be defending it.
