I can only image the reaction from Buzz and on here if Sam did what Tetevano did, or Cordner did. He's being run out of the game. If we win the competition I could see him retiring immediately or going back to the UK.

Yeah... Sam is being run out of the game. That's why he wasn't suspended for attempting to decapitate Matt Moylan.

Sam needs to take responsibility for how he plays the game. Don't blame the NRL.

He could have.... you know....
just not pulled Smith’s hair.

I mean, it was a good hard tackle. Why the hair pull? Why?

That's not my point. My point is, why was Sam's innocuous incident charged, yet Tetevano's and Cordner not? Because he's Sam, that's why.

If Sam had put the bumper bar up to Cronk, who went off for a HIA, and Cordner had pulled hair, do you think the result would have been the same? Of course not.

Dunno about Tetevano, but Cordner is the Australian captain. Can't have Australian captains getting in strife.

It was charged because it's contrary conduct.

Ordinarily, Sam would've just got a pissy fine somewhere between $1150 and $2k (depending on his priors). But, as per the indication on the charge sheet, he lost his eligibility for fines because he is frequently charged by the MRC and on 3 occasions this year, has either pled guilty or been found guilty.

If Cordner had pulled someone's hair, he'd have been charged with Grade 1 Contrary Conduct and fined $1,350 with an early plea (20% loading for the dangerous throw late last year which was a non-similar prior). He hasn't been charged this season so would be eligible to be fined.

Naive much? If you think Cordner would've got a Grade 1 Contrary Conduct for that you're having a laugh. Likewise if you think Sam would've got off for sending the opposition halfback to a HIA for a forearm to the jaw.

Well to be fair he got off for a coat hanger on Matt Moylan who then missed a week with Concussion. Similar to the one he did on SBW the week before the 2014 GF which he wasn’t even charged for

That’s it attack the guy who earlier in the thread questioning the roosters player hitting a bloke without the ball! Think he is the voice of common sense and not bias as you sarcastically claim

While the MRC charge report is not published

And the MRC process and review committee not held to account for NON or incorrect low charge situations

There will be a under current of precieved bias and corruption
