What? Don't you understand how the judiciary works?I'm wondering if perhaps the (eye contact) bit of the Dangerous Contact charge attracts a higher points tally that's not published in that ridiculously basic code.
Haw haw very funny. What? Don't you understand how the judiciary works?
"The other player safety measure approved by the ARLC on Tuesday was raising a Grade 2 dangerous head/neck contact charge to 300 points and a Grade 3 to 500 points (Grade 1 charges will remain at 100 points)."Haw haw very funny.
The code published on the website doesn't have any breakdown under the Dangerous Contact section for the various types of that charge. I'm suggesting that there could be a special category for eye contact (given it's mentioned in the charge given to Young) that attracts a higher base penalty.
The MRC didn't f**k up anything - blame Cameron Smith for talking Munster out of making a complaint.Fair enough if this is them laying down the law going forward. It's unfair compared to mcguire but can't let eye gouges go on because they f**ked up that one. Not exactly confident in the MRC consistency though.

No skin in the game. The rest of Read's report says the NRL were satisfied the vision supported the charge, whereas they weren't satisifed with the one on McGuire.Aiden Tolman declined to make a complaint either, according to Brent Read of the Australian
So yeah the MRC sort of seems like with this charge, are at least tacitly admitting they f**ked up McGuire
What’s your skin in this game? Why are you so staunchly in the bag for the NRL, Tim?
Mcguire’s looked pretty clear on the vision and Munster definitely reacted.Mcguire should have been suspended for a lengthy period for mine. I honestly don’t know how he didn’t get charged, looked pretty obvious.
