DRAGONS prop Justin Poore will make a decision on his future within 10 days. He wanted to get past last night's match with Cronulla, who are after his signature, before sitting down with his girlfriend to make a decision. The Eels are also after Poore, but Daniel Anderson believes he can get the Roosters's Shane Shackelton as well.

Poore, Shackelton, David Williams and Trent Hodkinson would do me for 2010. However only if we release Lowrie, Cordoba, Oake, Weller, Cayless and Ben Smith.

I think we still need to keep caylo for an extra season. He's the sort of player who would perform better with poore, shackelton & now latimore in our pack. Hopefully we can build on our squad and not just replace players. I would release all the others on your list though.

It's amazing isn't it ... they can resign every single player they want to keep AND upgrade the players contract to boot AND sign players to compliment their current roster. It makes you wonder :sarcasm:

no one exactly knows, but you would think we'd have to offload some players. i.e. Lowrie, Hauraki, Cordoba, B Smith. Hopefully there's enough $$$ there and as everyone has suggested these guys are reportably on around 150 - 200K each.

Im fairly certain that Manly are one of the clubs that has offered Thurston a massive offer. I hope we are to, if we can afford it.

Well Lowrie and Cordoba are out of contract this year and will most likley not be kept (if they stay it will be on alot less money).
B.Smith and Hauraki are still in contract (Hauraki will be let go next year IMO) and Benny still has a few year left.
