Sean Long would be a great buy for your club. He is off contract at St Helens this year and at 32 has three good years left in him I believe. Very smart player, tough and has a brilliant kicking and passing game. He would give quality ball to Hayne and Inu. Sean Long is too old. His kicking game is not that good. From what I see of him, he is alot like Brett Finch. We need better then that. I wouldnt mind Rob Burrow or James Roby though. But I doubt the ESL clubs would lose them. Isnt Rob Burrow being chased by St Helens to replace Sean Long?

read today that the Dragons negotiations with Poore have been put on hold until after Origin. And article also mentioned asking price has changed since he now is an Origin player. Somehow dragons also extended Morris's deal. Go figure. Another handy accountant maybe.

i think cayless could get a club in the ESL possilbly with his brother a st. helens. and cordoba dnt even renew his contract.

Outside of the Roosters shopping around O'Meley. Myles, Shackleton and Matt Scott.

Personally I'd be chasing Matt Scott and Shackleton for the money we are offering Poore. If not there are plenty of lower grade props with experience that would be a step up from the players we currently have for a third of the price. They don't need to be big names. They just need to be able to play.
