I dunno you blokes, I guess we all see the game differently, sure he made some terrible last kick options but so does every halfback these days, gave us meters when we much needed them with his kicks, put runners into space, ran at the line, passed well, made some great hits and chased down all of his kicks bar one and was better than Seymour all game.

Scored a great try, what else do ya's want?

Ouir defense went missing tonight through some desperate urgency by the Bulldogs in attack, we got some nice combinations that seemto be starting to go work.

All in all I think that we played well against a side that was red hot tonight.

Cools, yes we do see things differently.

I myself didn't think that the dogs were that hot tonight.

In fact I reckon we made them look a lot better then they were.

But hey, each to their own.

We did not play well, I don't care how good they were... we made them look better.

However, it is not time to slit the wrists just yet, we had an off game on the back of a significantly disrupted backline.

Can't say I agree with you Island.

We have not had a decent backline for over two years and I for one am getting bloody sick of it.

Meant to be a bloody decent first grade side and they couldn't buy a try.

Late in the game our magnificent backline finally scored a try from inside our own half. You work it out.

The backline wasn't disrupted tonight. It's been disrupted for two farkin years or more.

It's embarrassing...

When for f**k sake is it going to be fixed.

I reckon it's wrist slitting time. The same thing happens year after bloody year.

His kicking tonight(kimmorley) was at its space finding grass finding fuukken worst.
You can count on 2 things to happen at least once a game.
Kimmorley head high penalty. Only 1 tonight.
kimmorley gets charged down. Only 1 tonight.

The biggest problem with Noddy's kicking game is his "attacking" kicks inside the opposition 20. Nothing ever comes from them, or even looks like coming from them. He is simply finding fancy ways of just handing the ball straight back to the opposition, unopposed. Only scoring our 5th try from 10 games from a kick for the season is proof enough of that (and I'd hazard a guess that most of those are from kickers other than Noddy)

Oh FFS

Since73. I like your posts. I'd probably like you too. I don't like Noddy, that's well documented.

However.............

You're drawing a long bow blaming his kick for Kearney's injury. A VERY long bow.

His kicks don't find space by splitting the defence though. They find space because they fall short of the backfield players who still get to run onto the ball after it bounces. This space finding is a myth.

This thread is hilarious, you guys seem to care more about baggin each other than talking about the injury to the guy who is close to your best player.

Any word on how long he is out for (or will I have to sift through another 9 pages of kimmorley lovers and haters going at it?)

You should come here more often.

Gets worse than this.

Of course, I'm never involved.

73 - what did you think of the players on the left side tonight?

might be just me, but aside from poor handling i thought our left side cost us the game?
Cost us the game Spider.
As poor as Cov's been I reckon he must communicate with Pom in defence, because he was a turnstile tonite.

Noddy didn't lose us the game.
Not his fault either that kearney got injured.
Never said that.

But it was a crap kick in a long line of crap kicks which just adds to the frustration when one leads to our gun fullback getting baged up.

If he had a quality kicking game which brought tries for wingers, 40/20s or got repeat sets - you'd blow the charge down off as bad luck.

but when it's a kicking game that brings us absolutley NUTHIN" -
except BK's injury on the end of it - it bloody stings.
