Mate, you can play tautai and Hindy in the halves, but they ain't halves. Tautai may be a quality prop in nsw cup, but the simple truth is he ain't a props asshole in nrl. A fringe player at best.
Having all four genuine props on the bench at one time is ludicrous. But nothing surprises me with super coach.
Good coaching, eh?
It's great coaching. SK was covering his backside by having SO MANY props in the squad that he can't be accused of not having any out there.
Well he got one thing right. At this rate we might win a game again by the end of the year, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
This is the same point that OMC has bizarrely tried to ignore for the past few pages... :sarcasm:Leaving him on the field with TT, and benching 4 genuine props is bizarre, dont you think????
Whether or not Tautai is the worst prop to ever play the game is completely irrelevant.
He wasn't picked as a halfback, his position now is a prop, and that's what he came on and played the other night.
It's fair enough to bag Kearney, but let's actually do it over REAL things. Just because you (or others) don't rate Tautai doesn't change the fact that he was picked as a prop. So bag the guy by all means, but don't pretend that there was a period with no props since it's actually impossible.
I'll do the maths just so people can get up to speed.
4 players sit on the bench.
We had 6 props in the squad.
6-4 = 2
Therefore, by simple deductive logic, we had a minimum of 2 on the field at any one time.
I wouldn`t necessarily disagree with that. My definite preference would be Jason Taylor. I am concerend about Ricky Stuart`s approach to Jarryd Hayne. I`m also concerned about a forty year old man still being called 'Ricky'.
Hmm that explains the howling from Centennial Park last night.
The players call our current coach 'Mooks'. Ricky is a step-up.
Dont let your dislike of kearney cloud anyone but him is good enough attitude
That's a very good point.
There seems to be a lot of that at the moment.
Suity
Gronk can u go next door and check on my horse please. bring some carrots or apples. cheers
I'm yet to read anyone that says they dislike Kearney. By all reports he's a decent bloke, and none/few of us on here have met him to make any other judgement. That's a very good point.

Expect shockwaves in Melbourne if Kearney is sacked.
