A problem for Parramatta will be if they decide to sack Kearney, but don't make the decision until late this season. What calibre of players are going to be attracted to the club in its current state? Why would you sign with a club when you don't know who will be coaching it next season?

If Parramatta are looking to get rid of Kearney they need to make the decision ASAP otherwise they are going to miss the boat on recruiting any players in 2013 and it is going to be another wasted year.

Spot on...that is why they need to ditch him now. What happens if they ditch him at the end of the season and end up with another dud as well ??.

Wests Tigers don't (and if they do they're wrong) claim they have 16 premierships.

The Steelers have no history. StG-I basically only has one club in it's merger that has significant history. So it's logically ok if they claim one teams premierships/spoons/other acheivements.

If we merged with Easts I wouldn't be claiming 32 premierships. Or 20. If we merged with the Sharks. I'd claim 20 premierships because it would logically make sense.

Yes maybe out of the teams NOW we have most but not in the history - you should've made it clear of what you meant.

But the fact still remains we have been more successful since 2002 than your lot.

yes the last 3 years have been hard but you claim that because Souths coming 9th and 10th since 2009 is something to be proud of. IMO no supporter should be proud of missing the 8.

Yet in 09 we made the GF - be it a fluke we still made it.

It's only since 2010 have we started really declining in results (mostly last year) in 2010 we finshed 4 points out of the 8 and 2 points behind you guys.

Last year yes we narrowly avoided the spoon but competed well in the games we played and led most of them

If you're saying Dragons can't claim the premiership as their 13th and you wouldn't claim the premierships if you merged with Easts then why the exception with Cronulla? Your point is invalid then.

If you merge with Cronulla you restart the premierships/wins/losses/spoons etc

It all becomes history and a new club is now formed because you wouldn't be known as the South Sydney Rabbitohs
