Didn't Buzz report that Simona had chosen NSW over NZ? Trust him to get it wrong.
Nah not really. We'll take Goodwin, Whare and Inu. And then guys like Hoffman and Glenn can cover centre in case of a injury crisis.
Simona is better than all 3 of them.
But he wouldn't be "locked in" anyway would he?I don't think he is as of right now and I don't think he makes it but it'll be a worry that people will get in his ear to do a Papali or Tamou. Could be worth as someone said having him in the squad as a way of locking him in.
But he wouldn't be "locked in" anyway would he?
Please correct me if im wrong but I was of the understanding that you can switch nations once in a world cup cycle... So if he were to play for NZ at the this world cup he would be free to switch back over to NSW/AUS once the new cycle begins... Which would be once this cup is over...

Does Simona's selection mean he's actually made himself available? I thought our usual style was to just go around naming people willy-nilly without asking.

no it does'nt lol
Simona better then Whare ?
Get your head out of your ass you f**king genius.

Don't bank on SBW playing people. Highly unlikely. If he was intending to do so, he would have said so. He ain't. Why would he not come out and say, yes, I'm playing and available, unless he intends not to?

As far as I was aware he was either born in AUS or moved there very young. It also depends on when he arrived in Australia as a kid, he needs to have come here before 13 to be eligible for NSW, does anyone know when Tim moved here?
