Samoa looked very disjointed early on but I think they're starting to come into their own especially with 2nd phase play18-6 England at HT
Samoa came on strong at the end of the half just missed getting a 2nd try as well
Dom’s performance spoke for itself. Now we have a difficult job ahead trying to keep him. England were outstanding.
McDermott is a huge plus. There is a possibility his appointment is part of a longer term plan to keep Dom, KPP and Pryce here long term. A home away from home. Not that it is news to anyone in this forum, but Newy mirrors a Northern English port town. Where a lot of these kids grew up. A lot of us have said for years that we should have moved into the SL a long time ago to recruit. If it succeeds more will follow.he has actually improved here, and loves the place. We won’t get him cut price, but we should he a good shot at extending him.
Most of those points conceded when Milford decided to get himself sin binned.Dom is our best back without doubt and is an absolute no brainer to lock up as long as we can but those 2 tries were nothing flash. Run of the mill decent winger’s tries.
36 points leaked in 15 minutes. That is f**king horrible from Samoa.
This didn't age wellSamoa looked very disjointed early on but I think they're starting to come into their own especially with 2nd phase play
apparently the Matt Parish half time speech is on par with AOBThis didn't age well
Dom grew up in Wakefield which is about as far away from being a port Town as you could get in the UK.McDermott is a huge plus. Didn't Matty and Joey and i think SBW all offer to coach Samoa for free but for some reason it was knocked backMost of those points conceded when Milford decided to get himself sin binned.
At what point do Samoa need to look at coaching? Matt Parish has been in charge for 9 years now and they're still yet to beat a half decent team during that tenure, more over he's never really been a head coach at club level besides a 6 game stint for Salford 11 years ago of which he won 1 game.
If you look at the respective sides on paper there's absolutely no way England are a 54 point better team.
