We have got under Melbourne's skin. Very few do. Leilua needs to focus though. That run in sledge was very poor form to a knocked out player.

Houston got hit in the head when he scored his try. He should have stayed down and we might have got a penalty try!

Need to keep up the good metres from kick returns and early hit ups from our backs. Run their forwards around, wear em out.

Come on Boys, 40 minutes of more of the same. Bedsy, Mason and Smith need to play as many minutes as possible.

We can win it from here if a) we play just like that for another 40 minutes, and b) the refs don't absolutely shaft us.

We need to force more repeat sets. It's always a problem for us. Too often when we don't score a try, we let the opposition march up the other end and shift the momentum. Mullen, Roberts and Boyd have to be thinking a few plays ahead and get those grubbers right, the match could hinge on it in my opinion.

I know this: if we actually let the Storm play field position, they will run over the top of us on the back of some dodgy refs' calls. We absolutely must limit the opportunities they have to attack our line to a minimum.

Yup K-Man. It's all about field position. We need Mullen's shorts kicks to start pulling up in goal. We do that and we win this game comfortably. If we let the Storm into our half too often too early, we're gonna be under way too much pressure.

I agree more repeat sets would be better, but we can be very good at keeping sides pinned deep in their own half with strong defence.

Tbh I didn't notice anything change when bedsy went off and hilder came on. He had the same go forward and good d.

Can we do this? Will the storm come back like the last 2 games? I'm
Nervous.

Hell yeah. I've been on hating on that Mullen chip bomb for years, and now when it really matters we somehow get a try from it. Sure it was all because of Slater's brain explosion, but 6 points is 6 points.
