It is really about the development of Penisini,Russel,Naiduki,Arthurs,Hollis,Emu,Dunster.
From small snippets I have seen Arthurs, Emu and Penisini looks the best prospects. Haze is ready but won't be more then a solid player.
Hollis has started the year slow.
Naiduki looks a bit slow
Russell needs 2 yrs to fill out

I'd tip that none will be regular NRL players before 2023. But a few will debut next season.
