Don’t compare Melbourne clubs with Sydney clubs, because there’s only one club in Melbourne. The Storm said Munster and his young family were settled down there. It’s probably why they offered him less money.

Also helps there is just as much corporate money in Melbourne then Brisbane and definitely Sydney without 8 other teams to compete with.
