Still paying him 350k to play reserve grade for the chooks.

Money well spent.
Could he have provided what Offa has for the end of season games? $350k to push him out. The exchange has probably cost us $200k and 2 more years of Offa.
Club first dosent always apply when a coach wants a player gone or when its family. Maybe Im wrong but these 2 decisions appear to not be in the best interest of the club. I wonder what impact these had on team moral.

Watching Nrown at the chooks he didnt really provide much of an impact i dont think he was a great loss.

We should be thankful we didnt buckle in 2021 when he wanted a 3 year contract and MON only gave him 2 instead otherwise we would still be paying for him next year as well.

I wonder whether the media spun statement that a club is paying $xx for current year, like us with Brown, is actually just a reflection of what they were paid until they left their original club.

Brown had 5 months left with us which means he would have been on $700k+ (not sure about that amount being worth it) or if the $350k was what we paid him while he was with us, then approx $600k for the year and alot closer to his value.

Of course it sounds better to think that we are paying Brown $350k to play at the Roosters. Does that mean they aren't paying anything or is his 2023 salary $1m+

Hands at 6 is interesting, albeit for all the wrong reasons, I think we've run out of cattle
Lynn played well last weekend (3 TAs) but is now back in Flegg, pushing Talagi to centre. I would say the club gives less of a shit about this reserve grade game than any other game this weekend, so where Hands plays is irrelevant.
