3. K.Gidley -- yet another strong performance. He tackled anything that moved, pounced on any ball he saw and made our attack a lot more dynamic. If he steers clear of kicking, he's an incredible player to watch. Two very fine efforts from him, and by far and away the top player last night.

2. M.White -- for someone who has spent a lot of time in Premier League, he is really dominating his opponents in the top grade. Many of us knew about him, but I'm not sure that I fully realised how effective he was/could be. Another powerhouse performance against the Dragons big men. He's becoming our chief big-bopper off the bench, and in two games has slotted in nicely. Keep playing like that, and the position is his permanently.

1. Simpson -- just keeps putting in solid performances every week. Perry was a bit unlucky not to get a vote here, because I thought the way that he hit the line and mowed over the defence was really good work. But once again Simpson plays the sort of game that you come to expect from him -- simple but effective. He doesn't command attention, but rest assured he's involved in a lot of defensive work and puts his hand up for the ball when coming out of our own end.

worlds biggest 5/8 was very impressive last night - never would have thought he had such a good passing game and such good vision.

We really need a goal kicker for those occasions when Johns is absent, though. Kidley and Abes' goal kicking could have cost us the game last night.

In all fairness, its a game of inches. Two of Kidley's conversions hit the post. Although a miss is still a miss I spose.
