LOL, just found out Gifs 3 & 4 are the same.

Anyway... this morning:

Atletico Madrid 4 - 0 Sporting Gijon
Malaga 1 - 0 Athletic Bilbao
Racing Santander 0 - 0 Real Madrid
Rayo Vallecano 1 - 2 Levante
Valencia 2 - 2 Barcelona

Barca lucky to get out of jail there, were down 1-2 at one stage, and f**k Abidal for the OG.

Real Madrid failing to score against Racing... might be a long season for them!

I watched the Seville/Osuana game, looked like a battle for the wooden spoon

o...m...g! 16th minute and real madrid are trailling 0-1 to newly promoted Rayo Vallecano. Goal came in the 1st minute. If they can hang on even for a draw I'll be stoked!

Pretty eventful stuff last night, two red cards for Malaga and Messi misses a penalty! Final score; Barcelona 0-0 Sevilla

Real Madrid got up 4-0 so here is how the table is looking now:

Real Madrid 19
Barcelona 18
Levante 17 - match in hand, they will go top if they can beat Villareal tonight...

Levante won 3-0 so they're now outright top on 20 points. Great to see a small club disturbing the natural order (even though it won't last).

I can't help but think it won't last either, but to beat Villareal 3-0 away is pretty remarkable. Just think, they could win the league without really even beating Barca, they just have to make sure they put away the other teams and then just wait for the matches where Barca inveitabally slip up. One advantage I guess they have over the other top 5 or 6 is that they don't have European matches to worry about...

sportingbet still have them at 750/1 odds...

unconvincing stuff again from Barca tonight, 1-0 win against Granada, who just got promoted, and who had 10 men from the 52nd minute, then finished the match with only 9!

The 3 games since the international break have been very average for Barca. They need to find form otherwise Madrid might start to get a big break on them.

All the major leagues seem to have matches tonight... I'm torn between streaming this one and Milan/Parma... If Villareal play as they did last week, when they were beaten 3-0 at home by Levante, AND have had one less day prep than Real, then it could be a real butchering....
