Pretty interesting final 4 in the Cup:

Mirandes vs Athletic Bilbao
Valencia vs Barcelona

Imagine a Mirandes vs Barca final! I'd like to compare those two budgets...

4-1. So 7-1 is a pretty convincing aggregate. This one probably should have been the final to be fair...

I guess no matter who makes the final now, it'll be at the Bernabeu. Probably the best neutral ground that's available...

wat is with Real always going a goal down (then ending up winning 6-1). Especially tonight, Real M vs Zaragoza is first vs last! I should start betting on their opponents to score first it's happening that often. Speaking of which, Llorente screwed me tonight, I had him for first goalscorer at 6/1, the opposition score first, then Llorente scores a hat-trick... :lol: fml...

Can't believe Messi missed that Penalty :( That would've given us a 2-1 lead going into the second leg. At least we got the critical away goal going into Camp Nou!

we're 45 minutes away from an Athletic Bilbao vs Barcelona GF.

If these are the two teams, I'd like to see the final played in Zaragoza. If you look on the map, it's almost EXACTLY in between the cities of Barcelona and Bilbao. Holds 35,000 though, which may work against them. Of course Bernabeu holds a lot more, but is further away. My money is on them picking Bernabeu...

They've already picked the Bernabeu, Langpark. Can't find a link for you but I read it last week.

They're not exactly out of it. Barca have been just as wasteful in front of goal as they were against Sociedad. All it takes is one counter to send it to ET.

Should be a decent final too. Can't wait to see Llorente rip into the Barca defence! Meanwhile Milan are out of Coppa Italia...

Wow, the plot thickens! Real are refusing to host the Cup Final as payback to Barca, who did the same thing in 2004 for the Real Madrid vs Real Zaragoza final. Apparently, Valencia's stadium is being considered the favourite to get the final. (I haven't been able to find an english version)....

Also, one other little interesting fact; last time it was a Barca/Bilbao final was in 84, Athletic Bilbao won 1-0 and the famous fight broke out afterwards (no doubt you've all seen footage at some point of Maradona fly-kicking anything that moved)...
