Squad mentality reflects the manager unfortuneately.
As you say, it's why I love Iker and Xabi. You kind of expect it from Iker though, he is after all the Spanish captain. If he gets involved too much then the squad could fall apart at national level. Not like it stops the other senior players at times though.
