1st thing that needs attending is our merch, specifically the casual clothing line. Decent t-shirts, hoodies, etc would bring in decent income. Just take a look at what the Dragons and Bunnies put out.

This is a must, and I am not sure whey we should have to wait for someone to buy us for this to happen. The Knights 88 range, for members is terrible I would not waste my money on the stuff. I want cutting edge, good looking gear that I can wear and be proud of.

Seriously...who cares what the guy is like. I doubt many of us will have to deal with him on a personal basis, so what does it matter?

I have no idea why we're discussing Bennett but I must say, I've met him before and unless it was an act, he had the personality of an angel. Hardly the grumpy mute he's made out to be.

And I agree with cram, Im not sure why we'd have to wait for Tinkler to upgrade our merch and clothing range, maybe so he can pay for a half decent designer but it's definitely a must. Alot of the time I intend to go on a Knights shopping spree and end up walking out of the store with only 2 or 3 things, not because I'm a penny saver, it's more about me not wanting to be seen with 90% of the Newcastle gear on the shelves and racks.

i would expect that over the 10 years of ownership if/when Tinkler buys us we would end up with a combined Jets/Knights training facility, owned by Tinkler Group naturally. it would make financial sense, and no doubt Tinkler himself could profit massively from it.

don't kid yourselves, this isn't charity. owning both major sporting teams in this town is going to make this man a lot of money, too.

His stated repeatedly the Knights will be a not for profit organisation and any profits will be going straight back into the Knights.
