Brown got to be given a go. Spoke to him direct in Cronulla and despite Reefy wanting a defined position for players he is happy to play anywhere the club want him in first grade. Nice kid. I wouldn't mind seeing him drafted onto the bench instead of IDG. Funny after chatting with him he bumped into Peter Sharp who was also out and about. Was about 2 weeks ago.

Meh .... Licha has had some mythical hero worship lately.

Don't get me wrong, he should have played a lot more first grade, but he's not much more than a plodder despite his rep caps. He just looks too big and gangly for a 9 to me. Doesn't have the zip or deception that I would like to see from that position.

From our gun 20s side he was a never a standout. Friz, peach, chad and penani always looked the better footballers, whilst Licha made the numbers.

I WAANT to like him. No one gets more man wood over a jr than cheese, but he was just missing something. Peach was an exponentially bigger loss IMO

Brown and penani have much more toe and footwork. Maybe they could make great 9s, but maybe they don't want to

And if this is true and the Sharks coaching staff have know it for a while (let's face it, they should know...) then how stupid do we look now... giving a bloke his debut, only to name him again the week after, find out the day following that he is officially leaving and subsequently sound like we are dropping him.

Something doesn't add up in there. Doesn't sound like a very professionally run setup.

Licha is a myth. I was a fan but after watching his debut I couldnt believe how slow he was. He doesnt even deserve to be in front of Degois or Morris or Politin or Brown.
