Feel free to post evidence or stay butt hurt. Clearly the "no Italians policy" was a jab at the standard of football by Italians and that the current only decent team from Serie A has barely any Italian players hence their success.

Hmm. 3/19 for Germany.

Although, they haven't competed in all 19 world cups, and they've only competed in about 8 as unified Germany. To be honest, the east German part of Germany doesn't really contribute much to German football anyway. They don't even have a side in the Bundesliga. So I think it's only fair to count West Germany as normal Germany for histories sake.
