Cause, Fabregas, RVP, Nasri, Podolski, Cazorla, TV, Kos , Wilshere, Ramey and so on have no talent...... Difference is we sold players to fund the making of our stadium, we didnt have Audi and Adidas spend 200mill like Allianz.

We alsobuild talent not go out and spend 40+ on release clauses.

In the end, in the last decade we have Built a new World class stadium, stayed in the top 4 on a small transfer budget, which has paided off the debt alot quicker.

Arsenal is now moving into a new era, does that mean we will win the PL in the next few years probably not, Chelsea has a WC squad ( Bayern should know that) Man City are re buying there way to the top and Man Utd will be very hard to beat as always.

Well over in the BL, Bayern will win by mid april in the german version of the SPL after buying all their rivals players.

Rooney to arsenal is close, arsenal just need to meet his terms.

You know it is season ticket renewal day don't you?

You cannot afford Rooney.

If you do destroy your wage model for Rooney then you are going to have to offer massive upgrades to a few other players or you will lose them.

He will also cost you more than £25 million.

Its not really smashing it , henry was paid 235k in his last season with us. Under Wenger's Wage system even average players are given great money. Denilson 55k, Squid 65, Bendtner 60k at other clubs they would get 25k tops, thats why it is so hard to get rid of them.

Rumors are that 24 - 26 mill will be enough, same ad RVP.

Arsenal sound like they want him for 200k a week + a 7.5mill signing on fee.

Have my doubts about Rooney. As much as I'd love him I just can't imagine him in an Arsenal shirt.

Assuming the 70m is true I'd be very happy with:
Higuain (19-22m)
Felliani (22m)
Begovic/Julio Cesar/Mignolet (10-15m)

Higuain is a proven goal scorer who won't come with the ridiculous wages of Rooney. If we sign Rooney those wages have to come from somewhere, most obviously our transfer kitty. Higuain is a cheaper option who is almost as good and still with plenty of upside.

I see Felliani as a ready made Arteta replacement. I'd play him as a box-to-box midfielder alongside Arteta.

Undecided on the keeper although Szczesny needs competition. They all tick a lot of boxes for me. Probably leaning towards Julio Cesar.

After that there's a few really interesting players who we've been linked to (Alaba, Pogba, Gonalons etc). We might be able to snaffle one of them but for me the others are the priority. We may need the rest anyway to sign a Sagna replacement.

Having said all that it is Wenger...

i was going to say why would we want a left back, when we already have two who are better.

The money is needed for other areas.

Okay, I'll bite who are the two left-backs at Arsenal who are better than Alaba?

Monreal and Gibbs?

If so,.

Don't mind him. He probably thinks Bayern would get relegated to Blue Square Premier he's that salty at us.

We have been linked to him. Does not want to play as a left back any more and has said as much. He recognises he's got some stiff competition ahead of him in the midfield at Bayern.

Never said he didn't want to play left back he said he aims to play central midfield, for Bayern btw. Ah yes, "linked" by a couple of blogs

Still though ?30mio could be handy to pay for Lewandowski :D

Nah Andre Santos, Of Course Gibbsy and Nacho,Put Ribery in front of Them instead of Ramsey and they would shine a lot more aswell. That is not to say Alaba is a scrub as he clearly isn't, and has had a wonderful season, but for a team that destroyed everyone in there path in most games this season.

It would be like having Clichy back, great going forward but a liability in defense when you have Tall Tugboat as a Central defender.

On to Tone, how am i salty at bayern, i own 5 Bayern jerseys dating back to the 06 Away jersey with Santa Cruz on it.... bloke did great scored like 4 goals all season. I merely pointed out that Bayern bought there success.

More Higuain rumours by the day.

Gundogan also rumoured, but sounds like thats a tough one to pull off and Bender might be a more realistic option.
