Son is going to Dortmund apparently to replace Lewandowski who is hopefully going to Man U.

Funny you say Flamini because according to Barcelona "insiders" he is getting to Cesc's ear about Milan. I doubt he leaves Barca though.

Real Madrid are where it is at though Di Maria and Özil probably earn or will request ridiculous wages so Arsenal might have to break the bank there.

Heard about the Son and lewandowski links.

Where would he play with both Rooney and Rvp.

Would love to see fabregas back and as he is moving his family too London, we could be a chance.

RM players are so hard to get because of the extreme wages.

But with 100mill too spend, we could make a massive impact next year, ahhhh who am i kidding we will sign 3 unknown kids and Wilfried Bony.

Lewandowski to United makes no sense to me but neither do a lot of rumors.

Arsenal could definitely break the wage bank for 1 or 2 players but the ones worth it might just end up with £50k p.w more at City or Chelsea.

They should go out and sign Julian Draxler as a genuine winger. He fits the Wenger criteria of sorts and go and give someone like Özil his diva wage as well as Jovetic and the French midfielder.

Hoeneß did these signings for Bayern steadily each season after missing top 3 and complaining about teams with sugar daddies inflating the market 'we have no choice now' and he's right and if you fall out of the top 4 in England it's hard to get back in.

Pretty much, no point of complaining, just join in and lets win.

If we miss out on gonalons, i hope they move for Lars Bender, doubt we could ever get him with Andre on the way out.

And speaking of the german league, whens the next time Bayern lose the title? 2018 or 19?

Next year if they become Europameister in a few weeks.

We should have a friendly race to see which happens first - Arsenal win the EPL or Bayern surrender the Bundesliga. With Pep Guardiola how can we lose, right?

Bayern losing it around 2016/17 season to Koln after a record breaking 59 bundesliga goals from Podolski :)

Whos better Sven or Lars?

We almost knocked you off this year in the champions league.

Next season is shapeing up as our best chance in years to be a chance of winning the PL. I'll admit Bayern look set to be parked at the top of the bundesliga for quiet a while.

But I could quietly imagine a 2014 CL semi final, Arsenal v Bayern.

C'mon now you were played off the park and the tie was over in the first 90. Second leg You scored your first because David Alaba fell over and 80 minutes later scrambled in a corner, between then Bayern played the worst I've seen them since Golfsburg scored 5 at the Allianz Arena and you still created nothing. Be reasonable now!

Still, you showed the team you can never assume any lead is safe which helped against Juve & Barca :D

Sven every day of the week. Mats Hummels is the key to that team though.

I'd rather Köln win than Schalke or Leverkusen!

But you agree on the 59 goals... Lol

BM, seriously take your hand off it, we were never going to beat bayern, lucky for bayern they werent versing man utd that day, would have been a massarce.

So no chance of getting sven, anyone from bayern or the bundesliga worth looking at that we could get?

We would tear strips off Man U. Their midfield would get wrecked and they would not handle our wing play.

From Bayern? Robben & Gomez if you believe the Pep rumours.

My point on the man utd part was, on that night you played so bad and deserved too be beat, arsenal should have pushed hard and won by 3 or 4. If it was man utd that night only it would have been that 3 or 4 goal loss.

Robben body wouldnt handle EPL now, and as far as Gomez. I would rather Jovetic,Villa,Cisse,Bony,Soldado,Higuain,Aubameyang. Considering the price.

He doesnt fit the system, his talents would be wasted unless we signed Ozil and Fabregas too feed him balls all day, but even then too pay 25+ mill for him would be crazy

One more game.

If we beat Newcastle 2-1 and Chelsea draw 0-0 with Everton there'll be a playoff for 3rd spot.

Obviously if we win by 2 or more and Chelsea drop points we'll be up into third and won't have to go through stupid CL qualifiers.

Would be great to end the season on a 9 game undefeated streak and in 3rd.

With a summer of no significant departures and hopefully some good buys we'll be in the best position we've been in a long time to close the gap.

Papers suggesting we will be making a genuine offer to Rooney.

As the saying goes, you gotta be in it to win it.

A pleb like him won't leave England so you would think it's a 2 horse race. Chelsea or us.

For the first time we have the finances to offer him towards 200k a week so he will have a decision to make.

Does he want to play with old English players and no name Europeans at Chelsea or does he want to play with some of his best mates who will play for England with him for years like Jack and Theo and Alex.

In what sense is Rooney a pleb?
Offield I mean. He's a regular knockabout sort of bloke. I cannot see him seeing the value of learning another language or the value in experiencing life in Paris or Madrid.

I reckon he'll have no desire in leaving England. That's why I think it's Chelsea or Arsenal. If we really are willing to live in the real world and offer 200k I see us being favourites because out of the 2 I reckon United would prefer to sell to us.
