Looks like Djourou is out with a knee injury, Vermaelen should start alongside Gallas.

No Nasri, Diaby, Walcott or Rosicky, if Arsene sticks with his 4-3-3 I think we'll be seeing -

Simply breathtaking performance from Arsenal this morning. Everybody played well. Bendtner was great on the wing. Song was outstanding in the middle. Vermaelen and Gallas worked extremely well with both scoring goals. Fabregas and Arshavin, well you know they were awesome.

Everyone in red was outstanding. Song was ruthless in the DM role, Vermaelen had a perfect debut and Bendtner had his finest game in a while. Suddenly the need to make signings isn't a high priority.

Bendtner did very well in that wide role and the formation that Wenger was using worked very well. I also have to give it to Song and Denilson, they played really well, what an awesome start to the year.

Don't agree with Bendtner, I don't think he is not up to Premier League football. He'd be a star in the Championship though

He had a good set up for the first (I think) goal the other night so I'll give him credit where credit is due.

We need to keep up this good form and not do a St George by crowning ourselves champions once winter arrives.

And even though Vermaelen had a good debut, I think we need to get another defender, got no idea who though. Is Wenger still looking at that Fulham/Norweigan bloke? And what about Vieira?

Bendtner is a very talented player. He's very mobile, makes excellent runs and gets into great areas.

But his finishing is absolute dross. Could be a masterstroke by Wenger to play him out wide.

Bendtner is still young, he's got class.. you dont see him being linked to clubs like sunderland etc.. instead he's always being linked with big clubs like milan etc.
