Onya Froggy. Here's to a full season of scores.
Aekins 6 - Did nothing wrong but outclassed by Chrichton in the final 20.
Mansour 7 - Had some very shaky moments under the bomb but took the ball back well and his work for Circhtons try was electric.
Naden 7 - Good game. Took his try really well and defended well.
Whare 6 - Defended well. Not much happening with the ball though.
To'o 7 - Some great running with the ball. Defended well.
Luai 8 - Some magic touches, particularly for Nadens try.
Cleary 9 - Exceptional game. Controled it well. Kicked very very well and opened up space for the outside men for Crichtons and Kikaus try.
Tamou 8 - Rough early game but came home strong like the rest of the middle.
Koroisau 9 - Shades Cleary for MoM. I was skeptical somewhat but we looked completely different with him running things.
Tetevano 6 - Assume he stayed off due to injury?
JFH 7 - A couple of good runs. Lots of work as usual.
Martin 5 - Tackled well but some boneheaded stuff in there too.
Yeo 9 - Taumalolyeo
Crichton 7 - Changed the game when he came on. Has to be in the team.
Kikau 7 - Good stuff in an abridged game for the big guy. Will score a LOT if our spine keeps doing that.
Leota 5 - Good energy in attack and defense. I like him in the team but needs to do less stupid things.
Hetherington 5 - Went ok. I like having someone who loves the niggle.
All agree on this assessment, Aekins is a very safe Fullback, we cannot have an 80min performance of Crichton there as we'd have a very tired Stephen who quite frankly came on and ran around everyone who was basically operating at 50% by that 60th minute, its why he can do all the special things he did.
Martin was doing some uncharacteristically silly things, which cost us a lot of possession.
Hethro has his panthers spots, they won't change, we need a bit of that agro
Yeo by far Man of the Match, Api a close 2nd, Nathan,JFH,Aekins equal 3rd. The rest of the team pulled their weight, and this all lead to this magnificent win, if all players could get to a consistent 7-8 per game, we'd be braining the competition.
Im still not sure we can have Josh Mansour on the wing all year, im fond of a Naden/Sauce Swap
