I just want to know when that will be. I don't think we're in a huge rush just yet but we were "not far away" two weeks ago and nothing seems to have changed since then. Time is a factor.

And no I don't mean to sound like I'm pissed off at Mig at all, I really appreciate that he sets this whole thing up and for free but it would put me out of my misery of checking to see if it's opened every few hours...

Well we are only 11 days away from kickoff, I think we are pretty close to being in a rush to squeeze the draft in...

we seem to have 10 pretty dedicated guys here (including Franko who is on holidays), and while i would support the idea of starting the draft on here, none of us are sure of the differences between this and last years drafting system, so it is a moot point.

We will just have to wait it out and get stuck into study of the players list to make the draft as pain free as we can.

yeah, even if we do start it early theres still a chance whoever is next up isn't at a cpu and have delays anyway regardless if has already picked the player. Doesn't exactly solve the problem

Ok guys. Firstly we are currently undergoing the final testing of the drafting process!

We anticipate that we will go LIVE in less than 48 hours. I know some of you have time concerns - we do too. But we are trying to make sure that the drafting process runs smoothly so that you will have a fantasy footy that you can play forever!

There are a few things that you can think about right now.

Once available to do so, the comp creator must pm you guys the comp name and password. In order for this to work - the comp creator MUST tick the Make Public box.

Another thing is to make sure your draft time is not too early. You don't want to make it so early so that teams dont have a chance to sign up and therefore the draft starts without them. You can always bring the draft time back or forward etc after everyone is in!

Also, leave a bit of time for everyone to fill out their pre draft list - this will save time later in the draft and if evryone is ready to go - the draft time limit can be made to be very short.

If everyone is ready to go - there is no reason why you shouldnt knock over your draft in less than a day.....

Ok i have just returned from Malaysia. I haven't read through all the posts but i note you are waiting on the draft to take place. Does this mean i have missed out on the LU1 comp this year?
