If we win the coach was good. If we lose he was shit.
Pretty simple formula, which is good because that's the only kind I can understand.
Poo poo, yes you are right, there is more to coaching than winning and losing. The only thing SK has going for him, is his idea about the academy and his five year plan.
His releasing of players, team choices, recruitment, resignings, use of bench and inept team performances leaves a lot to be desired. 7 / 31 doesn't help either.
The only way out of it for SK, is for the team to start winning. Losing heavily to the cows and panthers has left a bad taste in people's mouths.
If he is good enough, he will get us out of this mess. Until then, he is an average coach...... sorry.
