There was a great banner at the game

"you're not a Lyon, you're a a dog."

That is idiotic. They were probably Aussies too.

Geez, the Poms must be laughing. They know how good he is.

Lyon was a standout centre in UK but was below standard last night...leave King in the side with Gasnier.

Didn't King play last year when they lost the Tri-Nations?

Yes, they were Aussies, most of them Parra fans.

The guy is going to cop it something severe this year and deservedly so.

They were Aussies. Great.

The Pommie fans don't need to give to our boys, we'll do it for them... and better.

After watching the replay again on Fox, Lyon was a passanger last night.

The selectors (as usual) fail to do their job properly.

Toops did play well and actually looked dangerous with the ball when they decided to stop ignoring him.. Don't worry about the twats that are calling for his sacking. They made up their minds before he took the field.. He had nothing to do with the loss.

the ball didnt exactly come to left side much. inglis and lyon were both starved of ball

I agree....and when they did they were a metre away from the sideline with Hunt and Lockyer both playing like 6's in the backline.

We need to get rid of that Broncs move and give it to our weapons out wide early and with some space.......Gaz,Inglis and co need the ball in their hands early.......Lockyer and Hunt need to stop trying to put blokes in gaps off every play......

PS.........in saying all this, Lyon didnt look much chop last night and I think we have better options.Cooper springs to mind,at least he can tackle and run straight.
