I'm no greenie but solar panels in QLD were a reason we could send power south during those heatwaves. Makes sense to have them on all roofs in Australia. For an extra few grand on a new home roof can take a ton of pressure of power stations.

Solar is going quite well though, regardless of what the government thinks, consumers desperately want to start taking themselves away from the grid and are buying up solar, rebate or no.

Im not really questioning the renewable resource itself but just the fact that an unknown company comes out of nowhere and splashes out a few mill on 2 teams in the comp.
