Our whole backrow has played 5/8 before, who know what Flanno will go with.

I would play Paulo there, a big body who is a ball player, remembering now that CT does most of the long distance kicking, its the short kicking game we will need to work on, that where Paulo, Nu Brown, Seggy when comes on, Lewis, Graham & Leutele all can do, the key here is everyone has to be ready, for the defence it might be hard to defend from, more grubbers into the ingoal, and no bombs

Yep, we have many options, the key is to not overplay it and give rebound tries to the opposition. Simple attack (Flanno ball at its finest) for the next few weeks. We really need to win one of the games without Maloney (assuming he is only out for 3 weeks) and ideally 2.

It won't be easy, but more direct running, power play, tough defence, and better discipline will win for us, not so much expansive play or short kicking.

We need to win the next 2 against the warriors & raiders, no excuses.

Then we travel to Brisbane, where we will give them some curry.

Flanno & Gal's comments about Bird (& his injury) at the end of the press conference were interesting.

Seems like they like Bird but jokingly think he's a bit precious.
Why did they actually say? Bird being a bit precious?! Wow that is something if they said that.

Rhyno must have a soft spot for the Sharks after all he spends more time in the Sharks forum then he does in Eels forum.
